This policy explains what personal data BuildHarbor collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. BuildHarbor is run by Himanshu Mishra. For any privacy question, email himanshumishra389@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for:
- your name and email address (required)
- phone or WhatsApp number, business name and city (optional)
- the service you're interested in, your budget range, and your message
When you contact us directly
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your email address or phone number.
When you visit the site
This website doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about a project. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our email inbox. It states that it doesn't store submissions, and that its server logs are deleted periodically. Its servers are in the United States.
- Google (Gmail) hosts our email, where enquiries are received and answered.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there.
- Our website hosting provider, for the technical logs described above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. If you become a client, project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support the work and meet legal and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email himanshumishra389@gmail.com and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
