How a project runs
Seven steps, the same for every project. Each one ends with something you approve before the next begins, so there are no surprises at the end.
- 1
Discovery
- What happens
- A call or in-person meeting (in Delhi NCR) about your business, customers, competitors and what the site has to achieve.
- Your part
- Tell us how customers find you today and what you'd like to change.
- You get
- Agreed goals and a list of open questions.
- 2
Scope and quote
- What happens
- We write down every page, feature and integration, the number of design rounds, and the timeline.
- Your part
- Review the scope and ask for changes until it's right.
- You get
- A written scope with a fixed quote.
- 3
Design
- What happens
- Page designs for desktop and mobile, starting with the most important pages.
- Your part
- Give feedback in up to two revision rounds.
- You get
- Approved designs for every page type.
- 4
Development
- What happens
- The site is built on a private preview link, so you can follow progress at any time.
- Your part
- Send final content and photos, and answer questions as they come up.
- You get
- A working site on the preview link.
- 5
Testing
- What happens
- Forms, payments, mobile layouts, speed, accessibility and SEO basics are checked page by page.
- Your part
- Try the preview yourself and report anything that feels wrong.
- You get
- A tested site ready to launch.
- 6
Launch
- What happens
- Domain and hosting are connected, redirects go live, and Search Console and the sitemap are set up.
- Your part
- Approve the launch date.
- You get
- Your site live on your domain.
- 7
After launch
- What happens
- Thirty days of fixes, a handover of every login, and a walkthrough of how to request changes.
- Your part
- Decide whether you'd like a maintenance plan.
- You get
- Full ownership, and optional ongoing care.
